How do I get to Brussels Airport?
You can use the free shuttle service to reach the airport. In +/- 20 minutes, you will be at your destination worry-free. This service must be reserved in advance.
When does the free shuttle service run?
The free shuttle runs every 45 minutes between 3am-10pm and 5pm-23pm to the airport and back. Outside these hours, you can use a free taxi via the reception desk of Mövenpick Hotel Brussels Airport.
Morning pick-up: 3h45 – 4h30 – 05h15 – 06h00 – 06h45 – 07h35 – 08h25 – 09h10 – 09h55.
Evening pick-up: 17h00 – 17h50 – 18h40 – 19h25 – 20h10 – 20h55 – 21h40 – 22h25 – 23h10.
How do I get back to the parking from the airport?
Upon arrival at the airport, you can use the free shuttle. Go to the Kiss & Fly Drop off area, there you will find a bus stop with ‘Free airport shuttle’ and the Mövenpick logo.
Morning pick-up: 4h20 – 05h05 – 05h50 – 06h35 – 07h20 – 08h10 – 09h00 – 09h45.

Can I leave my car safely?
Thanks to the speedgate at the entrance and the extensive camera surveillance in our parking lot, you can have peace of mind heart leave your car.
However, the parking rate includes only our parking services. Parking21’s services are limited exclusively to the Provision of vehicle parking spaces to users. Parking21 is not a custodian and in no way assumes any obligation per se in terms of surveillance or supervision. We are also not liable for acts of third parties.
Can I park my LPG car?
No, due to safety reasons, LPG cars are not allowed to park in our underground car park.
I am parking longer than planned, what now?
If you park for longer than indicated in your reservation, you can settle the remaining amount when you return to the car park. There is a payment terminal on each level and at the exit barrier.
