How do I get to Brussels Airport?
You can use the free shuttle service to reach the airport. In +/- 20 minutes you will be at your destination carefree. The hours of the shuttle service can be consulted above.
When does the shuttle service run?
The free shuttle runs every 45 min. between 3am-10pm and 5pm-23pm to the airport and back. Outside these hours, you are expected to provide your own transportation to the airport via Taxi or Uber.
Morning pickup: 3:45 – 4:30 – 05:15 – 06:00 – 06:45 – 07:35 – 08:25 – 09:10 – 09:55.
Evening pickup: 5pm – 5:50pm – 6:40pm – 7:25pm – 8:10pm – 8:55pm – 9:40pm – 10:25pm – 11:10pm.
How do I get from the airport to the parking lot?
Upon arrival at the airport, you can use the free shuttle. To do so, go to the Kiss & Fly Drop off area, there you will find a bus stop with “Free airport shuttle” and the Mövenpick logo.
Morning pickup: 4:20 am – 05:05 am – 05:50 am – 06:35 am – 07:20 am – 08:10 am – 09:00 am – 09:45 am.
Evening pickup: 5:35 pm – 6:25 pm – 7:15 pm – 8:00 pm – 8:45 pm – 9:30 pm – 10:15 pm – 11:00 pm.

Can I leave my car safely?
Thanks to the speed gate at the entrance and extensive camera surveillance in our parking lot, you can have peace of mind heart leave your car. However, the parking rate includes only our parking services. Parking21’s services are limited exclusively to the Provision of vehicle parking spaces to users. Parking21 is not a custodian and in no way assumes any obligation per se in terms of surveillance or supervision. We are also not liable for acts of third parties.
Can I park my LPG car?
No, due to safety reasons, LPG cars are not allowed to park in our underground parking garage.
I park longer that anticipated, now what?
If you park longer than indicated in your reservation, you can pay the remaining amount upon your return to the parking lot. There is a payment terminal on each floor and at the exit barrier.
